Delivery and returns

1. Delivery area

Delivery is provided in the territory of Jurmala and Riga.

 

2. Shipping costs

Delivery costs in Jurmala range from €5.00 to €15.00, depending on the specific delivery address.

The exact delivery fee will be calculated automatically based on the specified recipient address and order amount.

 

3. Delivery procedure

To place an order, you must fill out the order form in the Store.

After placing your order, possible delivery times and dates will be automatically offered.

Delivery of flowers and other goods is carried out to apartments, offices, hospitals, maternity hospitals and any other address specified by the Buyer in Jurmala.

 

4. Recipient information

To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, the Buyer must provide accurate and truthful information about the recipient, including the recipient's name, surname, address, telephone number and other necessary information (e.g. door code, etc.).

 

Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulations No. 207 and No. 255 of 28 May 2002, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cut flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements and houseplants (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 207, paragraph 15.3 and No. 255, paragraph 22.4).

Likewise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the delivered goods are perishable or quickly consumable.

 

2. Claims about the quality of the product

If the recipient has any complaints about the quality of the delivered bouquet or flowers, he or she has the right to not accept the bouquet and immediately return it to the courier, immediately informing the Seller about this fact by phone +371 20416699. Each case is considered individually.

If the recipient has accepted the bouquet from the courier, further claims regarding the quality of the bouquet or flowers will not be accepted.

 

3. Responsibility for storing flowers after delivery

The seller (KV Flower) is not responsible for the storage conditions of flowers or plants after their delivery to the recipient, as it cannot influence or control the conditions in which the goods are kept. Flowers are a living commodity, and their quality after delivery is affected by many factors.

 

4. Refund

Money for delivered flowers will not be refunded if the delivery was unsuccessful due to the fault of the Customer or Recipient, for example, an incorrect address was provided, the recipient is not available at the specified address, or it is impossible to contact the recipient at the time of delivery.
