Shopping rules

  1. Parties to the contract:
    1.1. SIA “E.A. FLOWER DESIGN”, registration No. 50203583291, legal address: Jomas iela 62, Jūrmala, LV-2015, Latvia (hereinafter – Seller), on the one hand, and the person placing an order in the online store www.kvflower.lv (hereinafter – Buyer), on the other hand, enter into this distance contract (hereinafter – Contract).

  2. Online store operation:
    2.1. The operation of the online store www.kvflower.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Store) is provided and maintained by SIA “EA FLOWER DESIGN”.

  3. Approval of the rules:
    3.1. By placing an order in the Store, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read the terms of this distance contract and other terms of use published in the Store, and undertakes to comply with them.

  4. Description and prices of goods and services:
    4.1. The description and price of each product or service are indicated in the Store's product catalog next to the specific product or service.
    4.2. All prices are indicated in euros, including value added tax (VAT).

  5. Payment procedure:
    5.1. The Buyer may pay for goods and services using the remote payment methods offered in the Store.
    5.2. Payment for a product or service constitutes placing an order and irrevocable consent to the terms of this Agreement.

  6. Entry into force of the Agreement:
    6.1. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer has made payment for the ordered goods or services.

  7. Right of withdrawal and return of goods:
    7.1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 of 28 May 2002 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason for the withdrawal.
    7.2. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging and labeling. Used, damaged, without original packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
    7.3. In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 207, paragraph 15.3, cut flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements and houseplants cannot be returned or exchanged.
    7.4. The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form are available in the Store or upon request from the Seller.

  8. Order cancellation:
    8.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the Buyer if the order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
